Do you love Horizon, but dislike having to kill 4 Deathclaws or 6 Yao Guai Bears just to enjoy a nice Steak or a tender Rack of Ribs? Yeah? Well then you've come to the right place my friend!
I made these tweaks because I genuinely love Horizon and mods like it; I've just made certain tweaks to the cooking requirements to suite my own personal taste; and well.. I figured others might enjoy them too.
Features:
*This Mod now has a new Flavor! - I have added an Optional File called "Unforgiving Wasteland Edition".. It is intended to add much more difficulty to Hunting and cooking your game, while still being Realistic! -Meat is far more scarce now.. and all meat involved recipes will no longer yield more than one Cooked Item.. Taking the Hunter Perk will improve your chances of scoring good meat, but will no longer guarantee a meat drop. -also, no more finding caps or small junk on most creatures.. only those large enough to swallow you whole! I hope you Enjoy!*
I have made changes to almost every recipe requiring Raw Meat.
Mainly, I have lowered Raw Meat requirements to provide a more realistic and immersive experience while cooking what you've hunted in the Wasteland.
*Note*_Some recipes yield more than one of that Food Item(see screenshots for example). I was unable to figure out how to display that in-game. - If you want a full list of those items, or a complete list of all changes, let me know in the comments.
Requirements:
At the moment this Plugin requires that you have both Far Harbor and Nukaworld DLCs.
*Obviously you will need Horizon.
Installation:
Just use NexusModManager-or-
Download the file - Copy and Paste into the Fallout 4 Data Folder(C/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout 4/Data).
Make sure to activate the plugin in NMM or the Fallout 4 Launcher and you're done.
