In Bethesda's games, they've a horrid habit of making footsteps almost entirely inaudible, which means your character could be sprinting like a bat out of hell without making any sound. And for jump impact sounds, they've done the exact opposite, making them super loud.

So I went ahead and tuned all the footstep sounds manually. It also turns out that the concrete footstep sounds have the incorrect file paths, so they don't even play in vanilla. Fixed that wee bug.
