  V3.0 contains all previous versions and patches, so it is fully up to date and a standalone file.
  Other new stuff in 3.0:
  - Fixed missing bed models in various interior cells
  - Fixed a couple of floor gaps around the place
  - Tweaked a few aesthetic things
  - Rebuilt the Mega Surgery Center in the Diamond City ESP so now you only need the one ESP which has everything in it!...
