This AI Tweak makes it so caravan leaders and guards will sandbox a larger area instead of just milling about repeatedly at the same spot. Works great with Sim Settlements.

Final Release
Have you ever tried to get Lucas Miller and his gang off the hill at Ten Pines by moving or deleting the idle markers there only to have them go right back to that spot? The only way to do this correctly is by using the CK and moving the marker.
Well instead of doing that I left the markers alone and just increased the Sandbox radius. Now you will see Lucas Miller and his gang at the local bar or by a camp fire somewhere else in your settlements. This works really well with Sim Settlements and seems to fix an issue with Thematic and Practical where the furniture for traders is sometimes ignored.
Effects of these changes:
You wont always see your trader at their caravan spot. They will walk to it in town but may get distracted by something else or want a drink at the bar.
Targets: Lucas Miller, Carla, Cricket, The Doc as well as their guards.
Bugs: None that I have found but I am sure someone will find something to complain about.
Uninstall: Simple deactivate the tweak in MO or NMM. There are not ramifications of doing that.
