UPDATE: 12/16/24 new york and chicago were both in development until bethe removed both of the mods without giving any response. they didn't break or violate any rules.
lost main file on computer and all back ups stored on Bethesda were taken down.
project started back in 2018. will resume work since chicago is "allowed"
any appeals or questions on what i could do to let me add them were ignored.
the mod uploaded is a draft verson.

I've been working on my mod since June and someone decided last week to start there own. i don't release updates to the progress of it.
I released a public version of it about a few days after the announcement of the creation club at e3, on Bethesda. I put it on bethesda for 2 reasons, one so bethesda wont claim any of my material. and 2 cause i don't want attention.
people come to the nexus 1st for stuff.
