Does this mod work or not? I haven't seen anyone say anything useful in the comments yet and the mod description is very vague to the point where I'm not sure what exactly it respawns.
It looks like the mod author set the 'respawn' flag for many many NPCs in the game. This seems reasonable for a small number of them but many of them seem odd. Such as NPCs "Loot_Corpse..." which are used for already dead NPCs, "DN107_Perry" who is a skeleton by the last 23rd century, "DN062PrincipalVoice" from Suffolk County Charter School. The interesting thing about that last one, there's a section to add lipstick to this voice only NPC. "DN068_Josh" a dead Minuteman. Probably beating a dead brahmin at this point.
I found another instance of an NPC edited beyond the 'respawn' flag. Kath, a dead raider courtesy of Swan has lipstick and very minor musculature changes. It makes me wonder why these were done and what else has been altered in the hundreds of NPC records this mod touches. I came upon this mod mainly for the raider dogs but there is just way too much stuff going on here.
I do not think he can respawn certain npc...like kellog whom killing was actually a game objective.... it will break thr game I think he means the usual enemies
Does it respawn unique NPCs as well as named ones? Like Kellogg or other characters? Because it would not be very immersive to blow someone's head off and then fight them again later.
