Este mod añade un Subfusil "Grease Gun" de calibre .45 de Fallout 2 y Fallout New Vegas, con nuevos modelos, texturas, modificaciones y animaciones.

El arma usará balas .45 del juego normal y se encontrará desde el Nivel 5
