This mod silences the music (not the sound effects) in either The Commonwealth, Far Harbor, The Mechanist Lair or Nuka World. Or any combination of the four. Special events (like player death, level up and such) were left untouched.

This mod silences the music (not the sound effects) in either The Commonwealth, Far Harbor, The Mechanist Lair or Nuka World. Or any combination of the four. Special events (like player death, level up and such) were left untouched. User music added by mods won't be affected (unless those mods replaced some of the default Bethesda music). This mod has no .esp file. It replaces the default music from the Bethesda archive by placing small silent files of the same name in the music directory as loose files which take precedence over archived files. So when default music is played by the game engine, the small silent files are played; and voila; "Silence". The important short pieces of default music, (or the ones I didn't know what they were for) I left alone. Enjoy the peace and quiet...
