Adds a new cage to the Wasteland Workshop small cage menu called Shadow's Cat Creature Cage that allows players to obtain Glyphon and Mr.Pebbles without touching the original Cat Cage. Fixes Mr. Pebbles reference pointing to the wrong mesh.

Adds Mr. Pebbles the Space Cat and my Griffon Cat as creatures able to be obtained through the Cat Cages from the Wasteland Workshop DLC. Uses the Workshops vanilla cat cage. Added the missing Mr.Pebbles Texture.
