THIS REMOVES ALL PERKS!!!! *Except VANS*
I wasn't expecting people to use this without understanding that it literally removes every perk you have, whether gained via console commands, perk points, or rewards from items/quests. It does not refund any points back to the perk tree (perhaps I was misleading with the title, I apologize.) To gain any new perks after, you'll either have to get via leveling up and putting the new points in, or use the console commands (or other batch files) to regain the perks. I am unaware of the magazine perks, however, it's been stated that you cannot regain them normally after clearing them via console command once you've already gotten them, so you may want to take that into consideration. If anyone wants to make a version of this that doesn't clear the special perks, they are more than welcome (This is only console commands in a notepad file, nothing major that would have any "rights" issues). 


Console Command: bat "name"
Unzip and drop into the main F4 directory.
