Allows scrapping of Legendary and Unique Weapons and Armor for base game and all the DLCs.

This is a very clean, STAND-ALONE mod that removes the "Unscrappable" Keyword from all Legendary Mods and Unique Weapons and Armor.
I got this idea from Xylozi and his original mod Scrappable Legendaries which removes the restriction on being unable to scrap Legendary weapons and armor. Although you may not get many resources from them (just the same as vanilla on some weapons) you can now scrap all legendary and unique weapons and armor that are normally visible in the workbenches.
