A replacement Fallout4Custom.INI for people who are new to experimenting with INI documents.

The "Fallout4Custom.INI" that I've uploaded here contains what I believe to be the most useful or essential commands tweaks. Anyone can use this document, but I believe it will be most useful to budding mod users who may have been drawn to the PC version after experiencing a taste of what mods can do for Fallout 4 on console.
The "Fallout4Custom.INI" I have provided to you will accomplish the following tasks:
Adds adjustable commands for the following items:
INSTALLATION
1. Create a back up of your original INI files
2. Extract my Fallout4Custom.INI file into "C:\Users\Username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4" and overwrite when asked to do so
UNINSTALLATION
1. Overwrite my Fallout4Custom.INI file with your backed up Fallout4Custom.INI file.
Issues
Your Fallout4.INI and Fallout4Prefs.INI cannot be set to read only, otherwise some of these tweaks may not work. If for some reason a particular tweak does not work, you can add it to the appropriate INI file. For example, if you cannot get the PIPBOY and VATS color changes to work, you can just copy and paste the [PIPBOY] and [VATS] section of my Fallout4Custom.INI into your Fallout4Prefs.INI. For more information regarding INI tweaks, you can always visit the STEP forums.
The "Fallout4Custom.INI" I have provided to you will accomplish the following tasks:
- Disable Mouse Acceleration
- Equalizes X/Y Mouse Movement Speed
- Unlock Framerate
- Skip Intro
- Enable Multi-Threaded Commands for improved performance <- Useful for Nvidia GPU Owners
- Disables "Fake Lighting" for the Player and NPCs alike
- Adjusts Sun Shadow values for smoother sun shadow effects
- Disables Pipboy FX <- Useful for certain Pipboy mods with color text, maps and icons
- Adjusts the color of the Pipboy and Game UI to be akin to the default Pipboy 3000 UI Color in Fallout: New Vegas (Personal taste, it's more pleasant on the eyes imo)
- Adjusts the size and color of the "~" console so that it is easier to read
- Disables Tutorial Messages
Adds adjustable commands for the following items:
- Water Special Effects <- Disabled by default for performance reasons
- Grass <- Enabled by default
- Precipitation <- Enabled by default
- Screen Blood Effects <- Enabled by default
- Gore <- Enabled by default
- Radial Blur <- Enabled by default
- NPCs Use Ammo <- Disabled by default for gameplay reasons
- Auto Saving <- Fallout 4 will maintain 3 Auto Saves by default
- Save Backups <- Fallout 4 will maintain 1 Save Backup by default
INSTALLATION
