Winter Overhaul replaces 3 weather presets with snow flurries, and in two of these (Rain and Misty Rain), the vanilla rain sound effects still occur. This removes that.

Comes in 2 versions:

1. Disable rain sounds only.

2. Disable thunder, lightning and rain sounds.

There are no scripts involved so you can install/uninstall at any time without worry of save corruption.

Installation
Contains a fomod installer. Install with Nexus Mod Manager or Vortex.
If installing manually, use only ONE esp at a time. Do not extract both.

Do not use this patch without Winter Overhaul.
