What u can do with this menu:

• just use it as is with classic perks system with current playthrough
• add any new perks into the game
• add any new skills into the game
• add traits menu
• add tag skills menu
  

If u wanna add new perks/skills - ask me how. i will no explain it here because my english not enough good and u will laughing about it as usual
