This version is the cleanest version ever, no broken precombines at all. This should improve compatibility, some clipping may occur.

This mod adds many new exterior and interior locations to the commonwealth! I will be updating this mod regularly with more locations.
I added the locations to places I felt were barren and didn't have anything going on, stayed clear of cities and general places that are taxing on fps.
Unfortunately I wasn't confident in messing with navmeshes and connecting my locations to vanilla navmeshes, the interiors ARE navmeshed . What this means is; followers and enemies will sometimes have hard time getting around some structures I've added. I hope you all can still enjoy playing with it.
The locations I've added vary in size and theme, sometimes you'll find a small abandoned camp, a park , or even a city. The mod uses 100% vanilla assets and I've even added some dlc elements into the commonwealth. You'll find some Nuka world and far harbor enemies as well as some weapons. This mod may or may not be lore friendly or even realistic in some aspects and that's okay, I did my best to keep the feel of the base game.
Lets talk fps, I play on a RTX3080 and an i7 11700k and don't notice any frame loss, There are a few big locations that may lower your framerate depending on your machine.
