Removes the fire visuals from targets hit by legendary "Incendiary" bullets and "fiery" energy weapon mods. Why? Because I can't friggin see when some idiot Gunner is spamming laser bolts at me and that annoys me.

Not tested super-extensively, but I noticed no problems after several hours play. The burn damage is still applied, but without the flames appearing all over the target. Flamers, molotovs and flame traps not affected.
