Adds an early-game silent handgun. Uses compressed gas to fire ball-bearings at enemies. Custom meshes and textures. Scripted leveled list integration for gun and ammo.

---Description---
This mod adds a standalone pistol to the Commonwealth. The "Air Pistol" works by using pressurized gas to propel ball bearings at lethal velocity. Because there is no combustion of gun powder, all versions of the gun are silent.
The crude design of the pistol is meant to fit with the improvised weapons available at the early levels.

---Installation---
Install archive with a mod manager or extract archive in "data" folder
This mod does not modify or overwrite any vanilla records, so no conflicts should occur.
---Known Issues---
This weapon does not feature custom animations.
I've had issues in the past with leveled list script spawning the weapon too frequently. I tried to correct that this time. I tested the mod and its spawn rate seemed appropriate, but I would like some feedback.

I won't be porting this mod to the xbone (I don't have one), so anyone who can may do so without my permission.
