Accuracy rating for my weapons remained the same and even became lower on some weapons. You can already hit regardless of accuracy ratings with hip fire as long as you can aim. So the only point to raising accuracy is for vats.
man this is a godsend, i was getting crazy of my guns not hitting target,, i mean, i was crouching with a long range scoped weapon, holding my breath at 40 meters and out of every 10 shots only hitting once, i really don't understand what Bethesda was thinking when they made this game, it's almost like they did just about everything to piss their customers off in every way possible.. It was infuriating, you actually made the game playable with this little tweak, thank you very much !

tested with my laser rifle and it's still getting varied shot fire?
I used FO4Edit to create a '50%' version, cause it makes me sad that having 0 spread makes half the gun mods useless.
Doesn't seem to work for those :(
