Vanilla blueprint for Coastal Cottage. Built using only main game and DLC items. There are beds for 16 settlers, each with access to their own personal storage unit. There are four shops, including a dining area.
This uses Slot #23 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just want to assign it to a different slot.
Coastal Cottage was one of two settlements I avoided for the longest time and finally made use of the limited space in a way I was happy with. I don't like tight spaces, being surrounded by a lot of stuff, or feeling closed in. So there is plenty of open outdoor space still and room to breathe if that's your thing too.
Setup: Scrap everything without the use of a scrap mod. There's not much at Coastal Cottage to scrap honestly, but really all you need to scrap is the big truck in the house pit, the car in front of the workshop, the junk inside the workshop building, and junk on the porch if you don't want to scrap all the fences and barrels.
Stability: If you're new to this or have issues, please read.
UPDATE 2/12/21 -- Version 1.1 is a smaller settlement that allows for entrance into The Coastal Cottage Bunker Player Home by RedRocketTV. I had done this for myself on a recent playthrough so thought I'd share since the bunker was asked about a couple times.
