This mod adds an empty huge/infinite(?) new land.
It can be used as the ultimate sandbox. You can build anything you want from scratch without having to scrap anything first. It is reachable by fast travel from the start and you can travel from and to the commonwealth whenever you want.

Use the console to write:
player.placeatme c1aeb 1 - to spawn a workshop
SetPV OwnedByPlayer True - to own the workshop (thanks royyeadon!)
tgm - toggle god mode (build as much as you want without the need for resources)

Any mods that expand your building options are of course recommended but not needed. Same goes for DLCs.
I have released these two other mods you may want to use together with this mod, they are however not required.
Texture Randomizer will replace vanilla textures of a lot of buildable objects with whatever textures you feed it.
Infinite Walls will give you 2000 different walls with whatever textures you are willing to feed it. Make sure you install its requirements.

Other recommended mods:
Settlement Objects Expansion Pack - It has glass floors and walls
Craftable Institute Elevators - best looking elevators

You are welcome to use it to create your own mods based on it. Add locations, add monsters, add settlements, whatever. Please use the [Open World] name in your mod titles so others can see what was already built on it so they can make their mods compatible with yours. Also add to your description the coordinates of your additions and maybe the size so others don't have to install all mods that will be based on this one to decide where to build next.

Known Issues: The mod doesn't have its own map yet and i don't know yet how to make one. The game shows the vanilla map with the player starting in the middle.

Change log:
v1.1 - fixed the name of the  map marker that takes you back to the Commonwealth
