    NOTE: I just noticed there is a typo in the Division Head Uniform name. I will fix that on my next update.

    New Version up. Added 4 variations of Imperial Uniforms to Institute personnel.. (3 Standalone Uniforms and a retexture of the Synth underarmor ).(Basically added imperial rank bars to synth underarmor. Variations for the Director, Division heads, Scientists, and basic Synth.

    Optional institute Flag replacer. 2 color options.

    Also by request there is a replacement esp file where the Coursers will wear matching helmets instead of metal shades.

    Uninstall old version... then install new version.

    If you use a retexture of the Synth Underarmor and prefer that one then simply click no when asked to overwrite... or reinstall your other version after..

    I got permission from AssduffJayKayEl to use his textures too if I want. Should I replace the field trooper with the Sand Trooper armor? (which was my original idea).. . I don't know though. I kind of like how I have it now but I could see the sand trooper maybe fitting better. Right now I am just using a grey and white version of the shock trooper for the field troopers since I had permission from Deodexed to do that since that is his texture. (I can re-color stuff but making a texture from scratch beyond me right now)

    Remember though the idea for this mod is that it isn't really storm troopers... They are still synths... just some geek Institute director who made armor for synths based off the movies so I don't want them to be identical. I know I am splitting hairs but the goal was to not change the game.. Just give it some visual Star Wars fun.

    If you are interested bmw0103 has a mod that adds actual Imperial Stormtroopers to the Commonwealth. Way more comprehensive than mine which is little more than a reskin. https://www.nexusmods.com/users/32474310?tab=user+files

    Also any ideas about balance? is the armor too strong? too weak? Should I keep it playable? If I am going to keep it playable I should probably throw a container out there with the Railroad camo armor since that's the one you really can't make yourself from the main CWstormtroopers mod. (console still works though) I am still learning how to make it upgradable and stuff. I am probably 70% there but ran into some bugs with that so it's still WIP...

    To do list (works in progress)
    Make armor upgradable and better balanced
    Add option to give coursers helmets (I have an idea I can maybe make work) **DONE**
    Make blasters level better with the synths.
    Add container or make Tinker Tom sell camo railroad trooper armor. **CONTAINER ADDED**
    Figure out something with the current institute director. **DONE** Currently sporting Grand Moff Rank bars.
    Change Institute Flag to Imperial Symbol **OFF WHITE VERSION DONE*** **DIRTY RED VERSION DONE*** (May add other colors.).

      This mod definitely looks awesome, can't wait to try it. I love stormtroopers and dropping the Imperials into Fallout 4 this way is way cool. I can see you decided not to fix that typo, har har. Is it true you shouldn't wear cloth physics armor, and female players shouldn't wear the armor? But it's okay for NPCs right?

      You should make the gen 1s and maybe the 2s into Dark Troopers. And have you ever played Fallout 3's mod mothership zeta crew and its star wars patch? Would love to see it resurrected in Fallout 4.

    12/28/2017 8:20am central US time... I am so very sorry to anyone who downloaded the main file over the last hour. I didn't have the Material's folder set up correctly so All trooper armor will appear white.. I fixed it but you'll have to redownload it. Again I am very sorry.

    I am seriously new to this. Courser helmets should work now too. I am again very sorry. I honestly wish it wouldn't upload it until I've had a chance to test the NMM install.

      Might try using the older version of the Commonwealth Stormtrooper mod. If you're using the newest file from there I don't think it's compatible with this one unless we get an update.

    The stormtrooper armour is invisible, and when I put it on myself, I either go invisible or naked.

      I believe it's because the original Stormtrooper mod this one requires was recently updated. Going to do some testing to see if I can get it to work on the current version or if you need to use the "Old Unstable" version as the mod author describes is.

    To make this mod more accurate, you need to reduce the accuracy of the synths, so only 1% of shots hit you.

    Sadly this doesnt work 100 percent with the "better synth relay grenades" https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6485?tab=files. two squad grenades spawn in regular synth armor and only the weakest grenade spawns in storm trooper armor.

      My guess is that mod uses something other than vanilla records for the synths it spawns in with the grenades so they wouldn't be set to use the new armor.

      This is an old mod and uses brute force (un optimal) ways to get the armor on the synths so it doesn't play well with other institute mods. Especially those that add new categories of synth or modify the equipment lists. Sorry. :( I am a novice.

      Newer mods use level list injection scripts to add this kind of thing which makes things 100X more compatible but this was done before those became standard and I don't know how to do that.

      If someone else does and wants to take this idea and run with it I am good with it. Just check with the Original Commonwealth Stormtrooper mod author as well before doing so.

    I was just wondering if there is a way to only download the uniforms?
    These are really cool but I don't want stormtrooper synths in my game.

      Hey sorry. I haven't really done much with fallout 4 lately.

      You can always open the mod in FO4edit and delete all the records that change synths directly and the armor outfits and just keep the ones that change the institute outfits for the personnel. You'd have to be careful but it wouldn't be hard. If I ever get back to fallout 4 I will try and remember to make an ESP for just the uniforms.
