I highly recommend Private Area Markers with this blueprint to prevent settlers from invading your personal space... before I got that mod, I ended up stuffing Mama Murphy full of jet until she died, just to keep her the heck away from my patio.
during my fallout 4 settlement building phase, this was often a centerpiece to my "creations". thank you for your work. this treehouse in particular has brought me great joy. (im taking a nexus tour into my history of esoteric fallout 4 experiences, been 3+ years, might even reinstall :)
Ah! The stairs are fine, you simply did not delete the original tree that was growing in that place and it is covering the stairs - notice that there are two trees there in the pic. Delete the Sanctuary tree and the stairs will be uncovered. :)
I just download the one I currently want to use and install that. You're not supposed to have all 4 of them installed at once, just one at a time, so I suppose all-in-one installed could be too confusing to some people. Maybe that's why it was removed.

How can i repair it?
Could you submit a screenshot here so I can see where exactly it goes wrong?
i tried nuking the settlement and import again, but it still fails. It's the part just above my crosshair that is blocked by the tree.
Can we recycle the original tree? i thought i tried that...
edit: just tried to get rid of the tree, but i could not do it with the ingame original option.
So i used a mod: "Scrap everything".
It worked great.
You shoud mention that in the description for noobs like me ^^
Thanks for your help.
Glad it worked out for you in the end! :)
