Escape From Toule House is a classic style room escape game, re-imagined as a Fallout 4 mod.
The player is trapped in a mysterious house, and must use their brainpower to solve 40 puzzles in order to escape.... alive.
 
I will make no bones about it: this mod will be incredibly difficult.
However, a cheater's chest has been provided, which is full of solution notes for every room.
This container also contains the "blue pill" that will remove you from the house.
 
Conditions:
1 - You will want to make sure you make a save BEFORE you load this mod for the first time.
2 - Once you've left the house, either through the blue pill or completing the challenge, you may not re-enter the house through normal gameplay.
3 - Did I mention you get one chance?
4 - Every cheat note you read is tracked and cuts XP off the prize.  This does not extend to the clue notes, only those in the cheater's chest.
5 - You will eventually need a pencil and paper, have some handy. Trust me.
6 - If you have a mod that disables radiant quests, use it. If you have other things to do first, do them. You'll be at this for hours.
7 - Saving within the house should pose no problems.
8 - I'm a harsh puzzle master and may have smoke coming out of your ears before you're done.

So, if you're up for it.... just try to Escape From Toule House. All feedback welcome, especially playing time reports. I should keep a 'time to completion' roster :)

NOTES ABOUT REWARDS AND INCLUDED CHEATS

From feedback, I should mention that each cheat note counts against you only once, on the first reading, and the penalty is only against the XP part of the final reward. There's still plenty else to take with you at the end, even if every note is read. The only way to truly cut yourself off is by using the blue pill.

Again, taking a cheat note means nothing until you actually read it. Actual penalty is 1/40'th of total end XP, with 39 notes total.

NOTES ABOUT MOD COMPATIBILITY

If you're running a Salem expanded or other mod that changes the configuration of Salem, you'll likely have a conflict. See the forum section for more detail.
Door locking/unlocking mods should be fine EXCEPT the very first door, and from the last (downstairs) puzzle on through the end.
Due to script changes and burn-in to saves, saves will most likely not work properly between mod versions. Your mileage may vary.
For the moment, all game DLC required.
