I wished to start to play Fallout 4 from Far Harbour, so I went there and created some saves.
You'll probably have no incompatibility problem, due to the fact it is just a bunch of saves.

Really, you should just go to "My games - Fallout 4 - Saves" and drop it there...
Not the zip, the save file inside it...

You just press tilde (~) in the top left corner and write "sexchange" without the quotation marks, the little (").
