Changes Dogmeat's name to Courage
When Dogmeat kills a typical enemy (dog, raider, human, supermutant, ghoul, etc.) he will, instead of his usual growling, cackle like Courage the Cowardly Dog does.
I changed his bravery level to "cowardly," but I think he will still engage in combat.
Let me know how I can improve on it or add more features!
