This Outfit is part of the upcoming Fallout: Capital Wasteland Project. It features the Dirty Chinese Jumpsuit by me and the Chinese Commando Hat by Kung Fu Man.
It can be found on its original owner in a Forgotten Church in the Glowing Sea.
It is ballistic weave compatible.
I don't make patches for mods that I don't use so please stop writing that angry message and do something else with your time.
UPDATE: v1.1 replaces the meshes and textures for the uniform with ones that fit a little better and fix a hole in the mesh, as pointed out by a very smart person in the comments.
