I've always been bothered by Fallout 4's awful incorporation of TAA, with constant blur and chatter. The only decent alternative was to run DSR... Until now! With these 5 lines of text dropped into your "Fallout4.ini" under [Display], you will have sweet anti-aliasing goodness. No need to hold still and squint your eyes to wonder if that's a group of Super Mutants in the distance, or a post-apocalyptic re-enactment of Actually Cannibal Shia Lebeouf.
Just open up your "Fallout4.ini" and place this under [Display]: fTAAPostSharpen=0.15 fTAASharpen=1.8 fTAAHighFreq=0.68 fTAALowFreq=0.68 fTAAPostOverlay=0.15
*Minimal blur and chatter still visible due to limitations of .ini tweaking
