Combat shotgun's first-person firing sound replaced with TF2's Panic Attack.

Replaces the combat shotgun's firing sound with that of the Panic Attack from Team Fortress 2. This is my first mod for Fallout 4, so please let me know if you find an issue. I only changed the first person firing sound, but I don't know how the sounds are used in-game, so you may hear the same sound if an enemy is using the combat shotgun.
