Adds two new craftable, moddable, standalone spears, using appropriate animations.

The spear: mankind's third-most-basic weapon, a combination of the two more basic ones--the knife, and the stick. Yet Bethesda seems to hate the spear, leaving it out of both Skyrim and Fallout. Well, no more! I bring you the
Essentially a swordblade on a staff, the hewing spear was the first medieval polearm, used by Vikings to hew limbs from their enemies (hence the name). Over the years, it evolved into many different forms--the bardiche, halberd, guisarme, and many others, but always the idea was the same--a long weapon which could cut with great power, or thrust for quicker attacks.
The Mod:
This mod adds two new weapons--or, more accurately, two versions of one new weapon, craftable at the Chemistry Station under "Utility." Crafting them has no perk requirements and some reasonable material requirements.
The first version is the two-handed "hewing spear." This version uses the two-handed axe/sledgehammer animations and hits like a sledgehammer, but with slightly more reach. (23 base damage, slow attack speed)
The second is simply called a "spear." It uses the knife animations, with the spear gripped at the balance, for quick thrusting and slashing attacks, but is much more deadly than any knife. (13 base damage, fast attack speed)
Both weapons use the same models, so having both and switching between the two looks like your character is just switching grips. Both have the same mods available--all the Chinese Officer Sword mods, plus "stun blade" and "serrated stun blade" mods to make them more viable at higher levels. I made them both fairly light (weight 4) so you can easily carry both to get the full versatility from them.
Requirements:
This mod only requires the base game and is well-balanced, outclassed in raw power only by the Super Sledge and high-end mods added by Nuka World. It's a great addition to my Melee World mod, and I also recommend my Faster Swords and Melee Rebalance mod for a richer close-combat experience.
Permissions:
Since this just uses some edited assets from the vanilla game, do whatever you want with it, as long as you don't upload it to another site. NEXUS ONLY! (Reasons.) Unless someone wants to make an XBone version, in which case please do so, since I'll never get around to doing it.
