Because I can't find an invisible hat mod that actually suits my needs.
That, or I just did not search hard enough. :P
This mod adds a standalone invisible hat named "Emperor's New Hat" into the game with +2 Charisma (coz wearing something that others can't see makes you more appealing, for whatever reason).
Craftable at Chem Crafting Stations under 'Utility' (uses 5 Cloths). Apply Weaves at Armor workbench.
Version 1.1:
Added Legendary Slot to be used with Legendary Modification Mod.
Installation:
Drop .esp into Fallout/Data folder and activate it. You know the drill~
Note:
This doesn't overwrite any existing hats in the game. Uses slot 46 (headband), so will unequip any other clothing/accessory from vanilla or other mods that uses the same slot when equipped.
Also, you still have to complete the Railroad quest which gives to the ability to apply ballistic weaves on your clothing first in order to add ballistic weaves on this hat.
