Am I the only one that felt Fizztop Grille was a complete letdown? Well no more, Wanderers. The Overboss title now comes with privileges.

The exterior FizzTop Grille is now a functioning, and better looking base of operations. Being Overboss comes with perks!
No workbench, but I did link the crafting tables together for shared resources without having to lug your junk around. Tons of goodies and junk stashed throughout. The new grille is now filled with non-static, lootable items.
Load with NMM, and put the load file near the top, and below NukaWorld DLC. Best when used on a fresh entry into NukaWorld.
Minor edits in new version. Removed some of the shadow cast lighting as it was slowing down frame rates. Best when used on a fresh character before making your way up to Fizztop.
