I liked Sierra in F3 and in F4, so I made a preset.
Now get out there and collect Nuka Cola stuff!
Requirements: You need the Nuka World DLC
Installation: put the .esp into Fallout4/data & activate .esp in your mod manager
Use: open up the character creation screen, choose preset
Her outfit is called Bottle and Cappy shirt & jeans and gives you +1 Luck.
You can get it via console "Player.additem xx029c0f 1" (xx = your load order for Nuka World, i.e. 06)

It's pretty useful to use LooksMenu if you want to remove the blemishes on her face.
