Replaces ExamineMenu.swf with one that works for both DEF_INV and Rename Anything.

Known issues:
* The file is in the wrong place. when I have time, I'll update it to be in the right place.
* The file is apparently not for 16:9. I don't know if I'll update this any time soon. It's a pain to update the SWF with these changes.
You must install both Rename Anything and DEF_INV to use this.
This enables the features of DEF_INV and Rename Anything in the Examine Menu. Previously you had to choose one or the other.
Installation: Use NMM or just extract the file. Replace ExamineMenu.swf when asked.
