Ok there are some NPC's spawning without certain items and some are causing CTD. I have fixed most of them. When I check their inventory through console command you can see some items with zero inventory. I had to manually add the item to correct the npc. your save game is the best out there so far I thought you may have used a clothing mod or weapons mod that left some residual non references.
I'm glad to hear you like the save, as I said below I've been slowly working on a new one. I'm trying for a save with stats maxed using dupe glitch on the Your Special books and funding from duped old world money. I plan to have as little as possible done so the bulk of the game is open to explore. Improved Sanctuary build and so far a copycat of my Starlight fort and Hangman's Alley. Planning to build up to similar level as this save but with just roaming the commonwealth. I already have the impossible to find level 4 vendor The Scribe and Smiling Larry. Debating if I should run through all the companions or leave them for the others to complete. Any and all feedback is welcome for what people want in a early game save with absurd overleveling.
I love what you did with Vault 88 and Starlight Drive Inn. I think having a built settlement is better than leaving it empty. At bare minimum I loved that some of the settlements in your saved game had the cement walls. It saved me a lot of time. I had to start over due to massive mod bugs so i needed a save game that I did not have to start from the-very beginning and yours was the best for that scenario.
I believe this is happening because of NPCs being in cells as they have reset over time, I've seen it return automitrons to base model protectrons without armor too.
I am currently working on a new save, going for full settlement builds and minimal questing, leaving open all of the dlcs and main quests. I also have the character stat maxed using the duplication of You're Special books, a full map marked out but undiscovered and max level Ballistic Weave unlocked and added onto clothing added via console command before switching to survival at the start of the game. Much appreciated, this will be incredibly useful to try out different mods without messing with my main save and with as much freedom as I need for testing.
This received more attention than I expected, I have a save that is set right at the point of no return on the main quests, it's on the pridwin right before pissing off the institute, like level 115 ish i think, can upload if anyone is interested.
