Did the concrete and broken wood mash up flooring in Home Plate really grind your gears?  Well grind less, with this mod.  No other changes were made.  

Does asymmetry bother you?  Home Plate's walls are all over the place, so the floors snap in place for fine tuning.  Moving them around will require F4se (http://f4se.silverlock.org/), and place everywhere, by TheLich (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424/?).  I put mods that change environment up at the top of my load order, below my DLC.

First mod, and new to the community, so go easy.  I've adjusted the navmeshing as best as I'm able. Don't expect the RitzCarlton.  After all, Diamond City is a shanty town.

UPDATE: Comes with mirror stuffed with goodies, toilet, TP and shower.
