Backstory
Martin Opperfeld is an American theoretical physicist and professor of physics. He has worked on classified projects for the U.S. government for over a decade before finally resigning. Although becoming of age, Opperfeld started a family with his longtime partner -and former student- Nora. They had a baby together, named Shaun.
Martin is highly intelligent and very social. He manages to outwit his opponents and keep his agenda to himself. Opperfeld's morals are not necessarily in par with society's. After the bombs fell he feels that the world has changed, and provides the perfect opportunity for science to have it's moment of glory.
Statistics
The build was made with energy weapons in mind. The game is saved just before the vault 111 lift, so you can change the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. to whatever you prefer.
The character has been granted a Lab Coat. It provides no damage resistance whatsoever, instead, it adds 2 Intelligence. Since the vault 111 scientist are wearing these and are scattered all over the place, I felt it was not immersion breaking. No other items/changes have been added.
Optional Mods
To get the same eyes as shown in the screenshot, install the The Eyes Of Beauty Fallout Edition by LogRaam aka Gabriel Mailhot. It should also work fine without.
4. start the game. Press load game in the main menu and find the save game. If you have many savegames you can also select a character by pressing T and choose Martin Opperfeld.
