About this mod

Adds a new heavy weapon that fires like a laser in default mode and can be upgraded to function like a laser musket and discharge slow flying bolts in a single explosive blast.
Carried by Synths(mostly bosses/leaders) to actually make them a threat late game.

UPDATE-
Reduced the stagger and firerate slightly(getting shot and staggered to death by Synths is not much fun... for most people)
Slightly increased damage.
Added a fusion cell receiver that does greatly reduced damage but has a very large clip and is on par with the laser rifle.
Made the recon scope actually cost materials to craft.
Made the polarising lens actually reduce the sound level of the gun, it still counted for actual sandman perks but it was heard just as far away by NPC then without, now they have to be closer but will hear it if they are in the same room ETC.
Modified requirements to produce PPC Cells at Chem bench.

Adds a new heavy weapon that fires like a laser in default mode and can be upgraded to function like a laser musket and discharge slow flying bolts in a single explosive blast. Based on the laser sniper rifle and hopefully looks like something issued to higher Synths for heavy targets, they are never equipped  with the explosive version like most mobs they don't seem to like using a weapon that functions like the laser musket. Also includes a receiver that uses fusion cells and functions much like a laser rifle(balanced against the laser rifle but with a far larger clip) but shoots bolts instead of beams.

Unique prototype version can be found at a large military convoy, as it was being transported in the back of a truck the day the bombs dropped.
Normal version can be found off some higher level Synths along with a legendary versions from mobs that spawn legendary laser weapons.

Ammo can be made at the chem bench

Added to lists by script so should have no mod conflicts.

Has a few Quirks.
Its damage is only slightly reduced by range.
It is quite heavy, this also translate into being able to cause heavy stagger to most enemies with a melee attack.
Explosion can knock down foes.

Balance wise the laser upgrades are slightly more powerful then a Sniper Plasma rifle, the explosive discharge mode is not so cut and dry, trying to make a heavy weapon that can compete and be slightly more powerful then a laser musket yet cost more in ammo is hard thing to do with the unclear and inconsistent way explosives seem to deal damage. So feedback for rebalance is welcome. Legendary version with beam splitter and full rapid discharge mod could maybe outdamage a two shot gauss rifle.

If you want a "science" reason for why its called PPC instead of just Laser Cannon...
Interfering wavelengths of Photons can be trapped in a Bose–Einstein condensate, this is effectively a light battery, this condensate could then in theory be encapsulated in turn and accelerated kinda like plasma. On impact the condensate would evaporate and the light would be free to continue on its merry way... directly into the target with no loss of cohesion like a normal laser suffers... In theory :P
