Just removed the gloves from the armor so u can equip your prefered one. it is a simple .esp easy install/unistall
Please note that: the armor in the image is just my modification with some other mod, (un fact is bugged and have some clipping problem) the mod removes just gloves on the vanilla/cbbe original armor. Dont ask me to share my edited mesh... im not a good modder/modeler
