This is the blueprint of my Coastal Cottage.
First you need to scrap everything with "Scrap Everything" by shadowslasher410 and VIitS, then move the workbench with "Move
that Workbench" by Necrocytosis

Dino's Decorations - clutter arrangements for your settlements & Do It Yourshelf - clutter for shelves and bookcases by dinozaurz
Lovers Luxury bed - The Lady Killer (STANDALONE - MYBed) by Nikonthenet
Installation:
add the file to your mod manager and install from there (Blueprint slot 2)
