This mod adds a custom voiced NPC to the Commonwealth who sells Vim. The NPC has a terminal with some backstory as to why he is in the Commonwealth. Him and his boat is located east of Harbormaster Hotel on the pier.

IMPORTANT: Install with NMM(tested) or another mod manager(not tested), otherwise the custom voice files may not work.
