This is a retexture of the Beyond Boulder Team and kiionohi's Environmental Armor 1.2 :

This retexture changes the hard red-yellow contrast to a more bland green-brown colour.
Installation
Just download with NMM or drag the textures map into your Fallout4/Data folder. When asked to overwrite, click 'Yes to all'.
