Adds "Precise," a legendary modification that approximately reduces recoil by 50% and increases accuracy by 50%. Works great for automatics and shotguns.
This should spawn on random legendary loot, but testing that has been difficult. I would appreciate if anyone could confirm this with a comment. Thanks to you guys testing over the... wow, years, it appears this mod does in fact affect legendary loot tables as intended.
You can give any ranged weapon this mod's legendary effect by typing into the console:
Then hold the use key on a dropped weapon until it floats in the air, going back to the console and typing:

Update: Added bare minimum compatibility with Legendary Modification. Just download one file.
