Lil' House in the Commonwealth

9/23/17 Update: Added Boston Airport, Greentop Nursery, and Nordhagen Beach. Aaaaaaaaaand done.
9/22/17 Update: Added Finch Farm, Starlight Drive In, and County Crossing.
9/21/17 Update: Added Somerville Place, Egret Tours Marina, and Murkwater Construction Site, Coastal Cottage, Outpost Zimonja, and Tenpines Bluff.

What is this?: This is a collection of Transfer Settlements Blueprints that create in vanilla Settlements a quick place to sleep and store things without having to DL a huge amount of mods, for just a quick place to crash and store things.

Why do I want this?: Because sometimes you get in a Settlement and all you want/need is a quick place to crash and to possibly store some loot. This makes it so that just about anybody can do this as these blueprints ONLY require the vanilla game DLC's, and no other mods. (ok, you do need Transfer Settlements by CDante). In fact, some of them only require a few of the DLC's. Not all of them.

Is there any site prep?: NONE! All of these little houses are in areas of Settlements that are already clear. There is no site prep required at all. Found a new Settlement and need a quick place to rest your head? Just import the Blueprint, and Bob's your Uncle, you are done!

Are they all the same? Will it kill my immersivity?: Is that a word? Either way the answer is no. Each lil house is completely different from the next. They are also designed to fit thematically in to the space provided. See the screenshots to get an idea.

Do these houses have ALL THE THINGS!!??: Of course not. In fact, they do not add anything crazy or over the top. Totally a roleplayers blueprint. What all have is at least one bed and several storage containers. Some have power generators (none bigger than the medium generator). The only crafting stations that get added in some is a weapons workbench at Abernathy and a cooking station in Sunshine Tidings and Sanctuary and a stove or 2 here and there. Several have weapon racks (the vanilla ones). And that's about it. They are small (around 90 to 110 items), fast to import, and give you the basics of what you need in a Settlement.

What Settlements have these?: At this point, all that are gonna have em', have em'. Sanctuary, Abernathy Farm, Sunshine Trading Co-Op, Red Rocket, Oberland Station, and Greygarden, plus all the "Update" ones above.

You gonna do ALL of em'?: No. Since several already have great places to store stuff and lay your road weary head. I will not be doing Bunker Hill, The Castle, Croup Manor, Hangmans Alley, Jamaica Plain, The Slog, Spectacle Island, Kingsport Lighthouse,Taffington Boathouse, or Warrick Homestead. None of these need separate lil houses in my opinion.

If ya dig it, toss me an endorse. Thanks mucho.
