The Commonwealth Bank located next to Faneuil Hall in its day was the shining beacon of capitalism within the central financial district of
Boston.

Known for its strict privacy policies and government influence;  it catered to the wealthy and famous of Boston  seeking  a tax haven as
well as the infamous and the nefarious in society seeking  a place to
secure their tainted wealth.



As time went on it become more difficult to hide the mass amount of tangible assets within the bank; The Bank directors made a decision with
the help of some of its more unscrupulous benefactors to build a secret
depository out of the public eye where these people could meet and
deposit their wealth without question (for a fee).
