I wanted to snipe with the Tesla Rifle ala Unreal Tournament 2004, but the default range and damage is pitiful, and its only sights are pathetic. So I dove into the Creation Kit and figured out how to fix it. With a new Charging Sniper Barrel it now rivals the Gauss Rifle (at least the one from Weapon Balance Overhaul) in both damage and range and has nine scopes to choose from.
