(Dartmouth Professional Building)+ BONUS FEATURE

This building was previously decked out and used by the institute to store pre-war artifacts, reading materials and scrap materials. The
Institute stripped out and vacated  the building due to a high increase
of hostiles in the area and it now remains dormant.

FEATURES

Water on the roof and plenty of building area inside the skyscraper with
a large amount of Scrap materials and food resources located in the
workshop.( The workshop is located behind the two elevators on the top
floor, inside the building).

HOW? was Skyscraper Settlement mod made?

THE RED DOOR TO ACCESS THE CELL IS LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE DARTMOUTH
TOWER NEXT TO THE FALLEN SKYSCRAPER.

This mod took over 60 hours to build and gives you the opportunity to
walk through the original internal version and concept for Skyscraper
Settlement which due to major nav-mesh issues it was abandoned. One
major issue was with the elevators, which had to be customized and to
run a customized script that was not available with the institute
elevator scripts.
The concept was to delete the inner shell of Dartmouth building and
basically create an inner shell with the correct dimensions in an
interior space then placed this within the exterior space of the
commonwealth world, This mod is basically an opportunity for fallout
players to see how this type of mod can be achieved and how different
the prototype was to the published version.
