Simple little Bat file that adds every perk except Idiot Savant and Bloody Mess to your character, aswell as making all of your SPECIAL stats 99999, also adds stimpacks, caps, and reveals all map markers.

This is simply a little bat file i made because when making test characters i got tired of always typing in all the perks to give myself and making my special stats obnoxiously high. here is exactly what this Bat does.
Makes all SPECIAL attributes (Minus Intelligence) 99999
Makes Intelligence 30 (Any higher and you'd level up with every kill you got)
Adds 5 lines of 99999 caps, because for some reason adding more isn't allowed at once.
Shows all map markers using the TMM 1 command.
Adds 3 lines of 9999 stimpacks, for easy drugging.
Adds all perks minus Idiot Savant and Bloody mess. (Idiot Savant basically becomes useless past 20 Intelligence. and i simply don't like the Bloody Mess perk)
Type "bat newgame" without quotations into the console to use this file.
Extract into your Fallout 4 directory and do ^that^ and you'll be golden
i took about an hour and a half to make this so you don't have to. I don't care how you use it or what for, this is just what i use to create debug and test characters. Enjoy!
