Retextures the Reinforced Combat Armor to look like plain Steel or to a Navy Blue color that would suit the Minutemen.
Now with Shadowed BoS combat armor.

[DESCRIPTION]
Simply retextures the Reinforced Combat Armor to a Navy Bluish color that would suit the Minutemen.
The new texture will affect the standard, sturdy and heavy variants of reinforced combat armor.
I chose to replace the Reinforced variant because it was the cheapest modification in the game and
figured that was the modification the Minutemen would be able to use on their armor.
Both versions now also re-textures BoS Combat Armor to look like Shadowed Combat Armor
I made this because due to personal reasons I'm trying not to use any esp mod in my current game.
If you also want the re-texture for the Minutemen Outfit, use this mod:
Minutemen reskin and standalone by dales
If you want a standalone version of the blue armor I recommend using this mod:

[INSTALLATION]
Extract files into "../Fallout 4" folder.
[UNINSTALL]
Delete "CombatArmor_palette_d" in the Textures
