A user on the /r/FalloutMods subreddit requested a container in which they could store and display the "Hi Honey!" holotape and wedding ring, and I really liked the idea of having somewhere special to keep them myself; thus, I made this.
The display is crafted with 1 Cigar Box and can be found under Decorations -> Miscellaneous. While the box doesn't actually need the holotape and ring inserted to display them, it can still store them inside. Enjoy!
