Hey guys, sorry for the long inactive. Just a heads up I won't be continue updating this mod any longer due to my health issue irl. I believe however, the mod already meet every person criteria or preference to be used, and that's what matter. If any of you interested in continuing my mod feel free to add/tweak anything to it. I'll change the permission option of the mod.
Fingers crossed some one picks up this mod and updates it for the latest version. I'm not keen on starting a new game just to get this to work like the other comment suggested.
For information, this mod is compatible with Player comments and headtracking but i was getting only subtitles, no audio (with the old 1.0 version), until i changed the Commentary frequency in PCH. Now that i have Hello comments set to 100 i'm getting the sound. Don"t know why but it might help others who have no sound.

I did not use a fresh start instead I use a save file when I was in still Lexington and had not yet went to Diamond City
Went to talk to the guards posted outside the walls of Diamond City and did a 50 times interaction with them and I was only able to trigger the flirty comments about 4 to 8 times out of 50 interactions so its just has a very low chance to trigger the flirty comments.
For anyone who says this mod isn't working - I got it to work. I downloaded the old 2017 file which worked just fine. Originally I downloaded this from the source and it wasn't working either, I can see the subtitles but no dialogue can be heard. If you want this to work try the older 2017 file and it might work for you.
I have more information! When I downloaded the older version, everything was working except for the diamond city guards who were silent but dialogue could be seen in the subtitles. I recently had to start a new game because I was being an idiot and messed with the files too much. When I did this mod fully worked, I can hear everyone - Diamond City Guards included. If you are planning on starting over and want this mod, get it and DON'T REMOVE IT. Hopefully this information helps everyone, I can't make this sticky so I'm hoping it will just stay at the top and help people :) Happy Modding!
Just wanted to say thanks for this, JumLee! I was able to get the mod working for male sole survivor based on this comment by referencing the old 2017 version to update the current mod. Thanks a ton!
Hmnmm this is interesting, I play as a woman so I had a different experience. You could also try and download the loverslab version of this mod and see if that works as this is originally a loverslab mod (Could be mistaken but that's what it looks like) You could try downloading a couple different versions and see if that works for you but it's hard to say exactly what the issue is. Wish I could be more help, sorry.
For anyone having trouble with the lines not showing correctly, either no audio but subtitles or simply just not there you fix it by using the Old File as JumLee says (If you already installed the new version and are using MO 2, simply install the old one with exactly the same name and it will ask you what to do, select replace) it wount work yet if, like me, you are also using Settler and Companion Dialogue Overhaul, that mod author tells you to place Flirty later in your mod loader. Change it, place Flirty first (before SCDO) and both mods will work as intended.
